Anna Wolsdorff has been a member of the law firm since 2018. Her clients are mainly manufacturers and sellers in the field of food law, food supplement law and medical device law. Ms. Wolsdorff's practice focuses on general and novel foods as well as food supplements, in particular in matters of competition law, drug advertising law and pharmaceutical law. She also advises companies on intellectual property rights and trademark law.

Ms. Wolsdorff also specializes in all aspects of air passenger law, in particular within the framework of the European Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004.

Ms. Wolsdorff's advice also extends to procedural support within the framework of court proceedings, also with reference to European law.

Already at the beginning of her career, Ms. Wolsdorff was involved in several proceedings pending before the European Court of Justice against the airline TUIfly. In the course of these proceedings, the European Court of Justice determined in favour of our clients that a wild strike did not constitute an extraordinary circumstance within the meaning of the Air Passenger Rights Regulation.
