Annika Dantzer has been a member of the firm since 2018. Her clients are mainly passengers who wish to assert claims against an airline under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 (Air Passenger Rights Regulation). In this context, Ms. Dantzer particularly helps passengers whose flight has been delayed, cancelled or whos boarding was denied to receive compensation from the operating airline.

Ms. Dantzer's practice includes both extrajudicial and judicial assistance.

Before joining DIEKMANN Rechtsanwälte, Ms. Dantzer worked as Legal Manager at a large Hamburg-based fashion start-up. There she was involved in contract review and contract negotiations, the processing of warnings under trademark law, communication with authorities, insurance companies and business partners and contract management.
