Dr. Fabienne Diekmann has been a member of the firm since 2006. Her clients primarily include companies from the pharmaceutical and food industries. She advises and supports these clients from obtaining manufacturing authorisation, through product development to distribution. She also assists pharmacists with matters concerning professional law and own brands and represents them in disputes with pharmacists' associations, supervisory authorities and health insurance funds.
Moritz Diekmann has been a member of the firm since 2006 and has specialised in industrial property protection since 2009. His clients primarily include companies from the healthcare industry. He assists various pharmacies in all matters related to competition law, medicinal product advertising law, pharmaceutical law and professional law and supports them particularly in advertising campaigns and legal disputes. In addition, he supports various manufacturers and forwarders of medical products in matters concerning authorisation, distribution and advertising.
Philipp Brauns studied law at the University of Göttingen and the University of Hamburg and did his postgraduate study in business law. He has been working as a lawyer since 2008. In 2011, he successfully completed the specialist lawyers’ training course in industrial property protection.
Hannah Deussen has been a member of DIEKMANN Rechtsanwälte since 2015. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law in the fields of pharmacies, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, in particular in matters of unfair competition, as well as in the fields of drug advertising and cosmetics law. She also advises on employment law issues. In addition, Ms. Deussen advises on all questions of air passenger law.
Anna Wolsdorff has been a member of the firm since 2018. Her clients are mainly manufacturers and sellers in the field of food law, food supplement law and medical device law. Ms. Wolsdorff's practice focuses on general and novel foods and dietary supplements, in particular in matters of competition law, drug advertising law and pharmaceutical law. She also advises companies on intellectual property rights and trademark law.
Annika Dantzer has been a member of the firm since 2018. Her clients are mainly passengers who wish to assert claims against an airline under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 (Air Passenger Rights Regulation). In this context, Ms Dantzer particularly helps passengers whose flight has been delayed, cancelled or whos boarding was denied to receive compensation from the operating airline.
